OPTION TRADING

An option trading is done on trading stock option in online stock trades. In option trading of online stock trades, a stock option does not mean that you are having any stock physically owned to you but in reality, it is a treaty between two parties in option trading of online stock trades.

In normal online stock trades, whenever you have the stock owning, its mean you have purchased a piece of that specific company. But in option trading of online stock trades, there is an agreement involve according to which one party have to provide some thing according to agreement in defined time period at finalized price. It is right to say that, option trading of online stock trades is purely a business of purchasing and selling of stocks in online stock trades.

Now let us take an example of a piece of land to understand the option trading of online stock trades. Suppose there a piece of land in a backward area about which you believe that it will be having much value in near future. But because of its present situation you don’t want to buy it but still you are interested in that land piece. Then you can sign a contract with the owner according to which you did not actually buy that land but you have saved the right of purchasing that piece of land. The owner will bind with your contract and could not sell it to other party. This contract will hold the price of land and time duration for reserving its purchasing rights for you.

 Suppose you have decided the price of $25,000 for three years and if its prices rise above the $25,000 in two years in online stock trades’ market but still the owner will sell it to you in $25,000 as written in the contract. This is the basic concept of option trading in online stock trades.
